- Barrel Trimmers measure 7/8" long and include hex wrenches for adjustment and replacement.
- Barrel Trimmers have double hex-head screws for a secure connection to the Pilot Shaft.
- Pilot Shafts measure 3-3/4" long overall.
- Shank portion of each Pilot Shaft is 1-3/4" long x 3/16" in diameter, and has two flattened sections for a no-slip interface with the Barrel Trimmer.
- The terms J-size, O-size and V-size refer to the drill bit used to bore the hole in the blank. The Pilot Shafts are actually slightly smaller than these bits to accomodate the thickness of the brass sleeve.
