Eliminate " nail pops" while automatically spacing the deck boards at 3/32" !
Just cut a slot into the edge of the boards (where they cross the joist) with a biscuit joiner, apply a thin bead of adhesive to the top of the joists, and install the EB-TYŽ "clip." The clip is then screwed in at a 45" angle using the Swaneze stainless steel screws (included). EB-TYŽ Hidden Deck Fastening System is highly recommended when using hardwoods such as teak or man-made building material such as Trex®. Fasteners made of UV-resistant polypropylene.
