Adjustable brake controls lowering of the drop front. Comes with magnetic catch to help keep door closed. Can be used in left or right hand installations by reversing position of foot and catch as needed. Nickel plated die-cast steel. Includes screws.

Recommended for lids of 14" minimum height to 18" maximum height.
