Roy created the topic: Recent planer stand article
I was browsing articles at a newsstand in various woodworking publications recently and noticed an article on a flip-up stand for a thickness planer. It caught my attention because space is at a premium in my small workshop. However, I wasn't smart enough to purchase the publication at that time and when I went back to the store I couldn't find it and couldn't remember what publication it was in. It was on the news stands in the last few months and the unique thing that I like about it was that the planer was mounted on the two arms of the table extension which flipped around a metal rod until it was upside down in the main body of the stand. Does anyone remember remember which publcation that was in?
